How We Work
Step 01
The House owner contacts Vikaza and enters into an agreement with Vikaza Property Management to manage/rent-out the property (Flat/Bungalow) on the house owner's behalf.
Step 02
House owner hands over keys and relevant property documents to the Vikaza Property Management operations team assigned to the property.
Step 03
The Vikaza Property Management operations team searches for tenants with a good background.
Step 04
On finalizing the prospective tenant, Vikaza Property Management does the following: a) Background check of the tenant. b) Obtain the owner's approval with evidence of background check
Step 05
After successful verification of the prospective tenant, Vikaza Property Management prepares the rental agreement/online or offline to be signed by both parties - the house owner and the tenant.
Step 06
a) The tenant transfers the deposit and monthly rent directly to the house owner's account. b) Vikaza Property Management continues to maintain the property until the end of the agreement.
